What scriptures support JWs accepting all blood fractions except plasma, but not accepting whole blood which is all fractions and plasma together?
what scriptures support not seeking higher education?
i have been studying with jehovah's witnesses for approximately two years.
initially, i liked the studies and felt that i was growing closer to god.
however, as the studies progressed, they seemed to become increasingly negative and i did not like what i was being taught.

Why do Jehovah's Witness warn against higher education?
In WT on Child Sexual Abuse, why are elders not explicitly instructed to report to the police?
Why are parents not instructed to report to the police and seek medical attention or counseling for their child?
leaving neverland the micheal jackson documentary was just released and i must say watching it myself left me pretty disgusted but not necessarily surprised.. being that there is two accounts given by two separate boys, men now, leaves the impression that their stories are truthful and factual.. what one can take from this story is that mj was a megalomaniac that thought he had the power, money and personal stature to get away with just about anything he wanted, this included pedophilia with boys.
i wonder if the over oppression restrictive nature of being brought up a child in the jws religion had an effect to his loose out of control behavior of a super rich celebrity ?.
his celebrity status and wealth really came to him when he was a pubescent young boy/teen, money in such a huge amount made anything he wanted or could afford possible.. personally i think he was inherently gay and had pursued arranged marriages to protect his perceived public image, a pretentious act which was mostly devised as a money and business endeavor .
Where is the research that backs up the 11:1 ratio for homosexual pedophiles?
I was one of those who for a long time thought he was an unwell, man but not capable of what he was said to have done. I personally believe that Jackson was on the autism spectrum and a drug addict. He may have also had some mental health issues that he was self-medicating.
I am not one that is quick to assume every accusation equals guilt. My rule of thumb is 3 accusations. You can convince one or two people to collude and lie, but 3 is hard to wrangle.
With documentary and previous accusations, there is enough evidence for me to conclude his relationships with these children involved sexual abuse. Given how he groomed them and the length of the relationships, the fact that the men at first defended him, and then came forward is not unusual and does not weaken their stories for me.
publisher record cards and reporting hours will be going away.

if you haven't seen it already, skip to 1:14:30 in lloyds video and watch the craziness unfold.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2y7f7-k5wo.
i'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on this.. they're digging themselves a great hole here, in about 30 years time they'll be claiming this video was a mere "speculation" and that "some people" got the wrong ideas..
If they are confident God is going to save them, why run away? Just turn yourselves in and get on with it.
I'll have my lawn chair out with a bag of popcorn if any of you would like to join me.

...but i believe is relevant:.
just how much is the watchtower organization's "business model" dependent on its tax-exempt status?.
is it truly sustainable without it?.
I think they could claim tax exempt status if they did ANY bit of real no-strings-attached charity. How about take all those mad meal prep skills they had for conventions and use those to run soup kitchens, or natural disaster relief for everyone in a given area....any little bit of generosity would be a move forward.
But the greedy little bastards use the line "what is the best thing you can give a hungry person? Spiritual food."
I've been hungry many times, and eating a Watchtower was never as satisfying as a hamburger. Although, I hear it is good to wipe your ass with when you forget to buy TP.

yesterday, robert kraft, the owner of the new england patriots, got busted for getting a massage and more.
they say there is another more high profile person who also got busted.. does this stuff upset you that some men have gone into a massage parlor for possibly more than a massage?
?.
Personally, I think prostitution should be legal so it can be regulated and taxed.

at least seven of jehovah’s witnesses were subjected to torture—electric shocks, suffocation, and cruel beatings—on the first floor of the russian investigative committee’s building at ul.
ostrovskogo, d. 47, in surgut.
I agree with the ban, not the torture. There is no reason for that and it isn't effective. They would be better off spending time developing moles.
former fbi deputy director mccabe confirms: there were discussions within the department of justice about invoking 25 th amendment to remove trump from office.... .
i mean the us democracy isn't a third world country, a least the people involved should be reprimanded, they acted like trying a coup d'etat..
@MeanMrMustard:
mentally would have to consist of something more than just "I don't agree with him"... it would be serious mental impairment that made it impossible for him to function. What that looks like is different for every individual. It could be memory issues, incapacitating depression or anxiety, delusions or hallucinations....many people function well with any of these issues - so the key is incapacitating - something so severe he was unable to make rational decisions or carry out his duties.
physically it would be something like a coma. He could serve as President even if he was a quadriplegic or on bed rest if he was otherwise well.
conflicts of interest I was thinking if the President started working against the interests of the US in favor of a foreign government, or was otherwise actively attempting to dismantle or thwart the government.
The 25th Amendment was adopted after Nixon. Gerald Ford had to replace Spiro Agnew as VP, and then Nixon as President because they were both crooks. The wording is "President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office," - that is open to interpretation kind of like "high crimes and misdemeanors" So, I'm not sure the intention is that it is only used when the President is incapacitated mentally or physically.

@MeanMrMustard,
No. I don't think a lack of response qualifies as justification to invoke the 25th Amendment. I think the 25th Amendment requires the individual in office to be considered unfit due to being compromised mentally/physically, conflicts of interest, or illegal/unconstitutional actions.
Had Khashoggi been a citizen, I would have expected some response in terms of sanctions or diplomatic consequences of some kind. Military action should always be a last resort, in my opinion.
